Light, dry with delicate citrus notes and a creamy finish, which comes from blending 10% in oak. 37 year old single vineyard fruit lovingly surrounding the beautiful B & B of Wine Country Farm. It pairs delightfully with seafood and poultry dishes.

Made in a semi-dry style reminiscent of a German Kabinett Wine.  Light, crisp with cider apple and mineral overtones.   It is very good by itself or with spicy Asian food and strong cheeses.
